HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?
A full Dubsado set up usually takes 4-6 weeks, although this is very dependant on the scale of your project. This will be determined by the number of services you have as well as the timescale in which required information from the client is provided.
DO YOU OFFER PAYMENT PLANS?
Yes. Apart from paying in full, I offer a 50/50 plan (where 50% is due upon booking to secure your spot in my diary, and the remaining is due 7 dayS before our offboarding call), as well as a 3 part payment plan.
IS SUPPORT PROVIDED AFTER THE PROJECT IS FINISHED?
Yes absolutely! With my Full Dubsado setup service, you have 4 weeks (Monday – Friday, working hours only) of support to tweak any workflow, forms, packages etc. It’s important to me, that everything is working the way you hope in practice so if anything needs to be changed or tweaked within those 30 days, then we will get it done! For Working Strategy Sessions, I am available for 2 weeks (Monday – Friday, working hours only) post support for any help or questions you might have.
WHAT INFORMATION DO I NEED TO PROVIDE?
We’ll begin by going through all the services your business offers, payment plans, contracts, questionnaires and proposals, so you will need to provide me with all of this information so that we can map out workflows that work for your business.
Please note, that this service also means you have to put in the work to make the system work well for you and your business. I cannot do it alone! So if information provided is delayed, your project will in turn be delayed!
DO I NEED WEBSITE FOR DUBSADO TO WORK FOR ME?
No, absolutely note. You can collect leads in Dubsado without a website. For example, you can add your lead capture form link in your Instagram bio and in emails.
